When registering on-line or by fax, you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm that your registration has been received. If you have not received confirmation by the next business day, please call Kaleidoscope at 708-246-9699 or send an email to KscopeClasses@yahoo.com

Tuition Payments may be made by Visa/MasterCard or by check  payable to Kaleidoscope, 120 E. First St., Hinsdale, IL 60521. Payment must be received before space is saved in class(es). 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUMMER CLASSES 

A full tuition refund (less 50 cents/class day) will be made when notification of withdrwal is received at least 10 days prior to the starting date of the class. Withdrawal notification received fewer than 10 days before the class begins will be subject to a $10/class cancellation fee. This fee will be reduced to $5 if enrollment in additional class(es) to which the tuition balance may be credited is done at the time of notification of withdrawal. No refund will be made when notification of withdrawal is not received at least 2 days prior to the first day of class. You may notify us by email: KscopeClasses@yahoo.com or by phone M-F 9am-3pm.

REFUND POLICY FOR Sept-May Classes

 If you need to withdraw from a program, we require 2 week's notice. A pro-rated tuition refund will be given. If we need to cancel or recommend withdrawal from a class, the tuition will be pro-rated and refunded.

There will be no refunds for absences.  Make-ups can sometimes be arranged, but are not guaranteed. If you know in advance you will miss a class, contact us and if we have openings in another date, we will schedule a make-up.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS

  I do hereby fully release and discharge Kaleidoscope Children's Center, Inc., its officers, agents, servants and employees from any and all claims from injuries, damage or loss which I (or dependents under 18 years of age) may have or which may accrue to me (or dependents) on account of my (their) participation in any Kaleidoscope Children's Cetner, Inc. sponsored activities.

   I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend Kaleidsocope Children's Center, Inc. its officers,agents, servants and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages and losses sustained by me (or dependents under 18 years of age) and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with activities sponsored by Kaleidsocope Children's Center, Inc.
